A: You can add multi custom font file from the Fonts panel. With clipart, you can manage via the Cliparts menu.

Q: How products come from?

A: All product display editor are managed via the admin panel at Product Base menu.
In there, you can select edit zone, attributes, thumbnail, price and other property.

Q: How can I get production files from customer orders?

A: After customer place order, all product design of orders stored on Orders menu. In there, you can get some order details and just press the Print Design to export for printing.

Q: Can my customers change language?

A: Yes, of course. If you have set of languages available for Lumise Editor, your customer can see the drop down language for switching.

Q: Can I set the language for the editor?

A: You can set a default language for editor via the Setting > Languages from admin panel.

Q: Can I set price for resources such as clipart, templates?

A: All resource support price for each of them. The item price is calculated automatically after adding them to editor zone.

Q: What are the image formats? Can my customers upload their own to the editor?

A: Lumise supports multi format images: PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF, SVG...

Q: Does Lumise work on mobile or tablet?

A: Yes, of course. Lumise works well on the mobile, tablet. Your customers can design from any devices and place an order.
